What treatment should I use on my external door?

We would recommend Sikkens Cetol Filter 7, although other products can be used as long as they have similar properties, being solvent based and microporous. We don’t recommend the use of any water based products, as either base or top coats. If a water based product is used, your door will not be covered by our 10 year guarantee.You can read more about our finishing guidelines here.
